Job Description
· Lead and standardize radiology clinical workflows, service delivery, and scheduling to ensure efficient, patient-centered operations across all units.
· Drive strategic planning for new and existing services, aligning workforce, modalities, and resources with hospital priorities.
· Oversee departmental performance using KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, quality metrics) and implement improvements to enhance clinical outcomes and efficiency.
· Provide operational leadership, including resource optimization, business continuity planning, and alignment with hospital strategies and financial goals.
· Translate organizational initiatives into actionable plans, supporting budgeting, analytics, and transformation projects.
· Champion innovation and technology adoption (e.g., AI, digital solutions) while overseeing equipment lifecycle, vendor management, and capital planning.
· Lead quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and risk management efforts in line with accreditation standards (e.g., MSQH, JCI).
· Act as a key advisor for clinical and operational issues, ensuring effective cross-department collaboration and service integration.
Job Requirement
· Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Imaging or equivalent.
· Must be a Malaysian citizen.
· Registered Radiographer with the Medical Radiation Surveillance Department (BKRP) and Malaysian Allied Health Professionals Council.
· Minimum 8 years of radiography experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role within a tertiary healthcare setting.
· Strong expertise in radiology operations, imaging modalities, and clinical governance.
· Proficient in HIS, PACS, and data-driven performance management.
· Solid understanding of regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards.
· Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to drive operational excellence and transformation.
