Job Description :

Responsible for leading and executing communication strategies that align with the organization's goals.

This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance branding, marketing communications and media relations, ensuring the delivery key strategic objectives. A key focus is on elevating the Company's public image through CSR initiatives and developing impactful messaging that raises the Company's visibility both locally and internationally. The role requires a creative and proactive approach to communications, working across departments to ensure consistent, positive and effective messaging.

Provide strategic recommendations to align communication activities with the Company's business objectives, including supporting sales and marketing goals.

Collaborate with various Business Divisions to develop and implement communication strategies that enhance organizational performance.

Lead and manage communication efforts to elevate the Company's corporate image through CSR initiatives and other public-facing campaigns.

Drive media realtions and ensure consistent, positive messaging to raise the visibility of the company locally, nationally and internationally.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies to ensure successful outcome.

Develop and execute strategic branding activities to enhance the Company's visibility and reputation in the market.

Protect and maintain the integrity of the brand image through consistent messaging and proactive reputation management.

Collaborate with the Ministry of Entrepreneurs and Cooperatives, government agencies, NGOs and the franchise fraternity to promote the franchise business and its benefits to the public.

Oversee the creation and production of internal and external materials, including internal communications, marketing collateral, press releases, website content and digital media assets.

Monitor, track, and report on the performance of communication project, ensuring objectives are met and results are effectively communicated.

Managing resources within agreed procedures and budgets.

Oversee the development of campaign, programs, event management, promotional and publicity activities and corporate social responsibility (CSR) including respective publications.

Develop and ensure consistency of corporate messaging via speeches, articles, media releases, corporate announcement, CSR etc.

Plan, organize and supervise the company's promotional events and exhibitions to enhance visibiltiy and engagement with the key stakeholders.

Manage and implement overall approach to communications which includes the monitoring (and modifying as appropriate) of social media protocols and engagement.

Lead the development and implementation of communication strategies that integrate digital and marketing tools, ensuring a cohesive and impactful customer experience and align with the organization's goals.
