Possesses a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology or a related field recognized by the Government from a local higher education institution or an equivalent qualification recognized thereof;

Possesses a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology recognized by the Government from a local higher education institution or an equivalent qualification recognized thereof;

Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field recognized by the Government from a local higher education institution or an equivalent qualification recognized thereof;

Demonstrates excellence in teaching, research, student supervision, and scholarly activities;

Has a strong commitment to academic excellence, curriculum development, and student learning outcomes;

Possesses leadership, communication, and academic administrative skills that contribute to the growth and development of the University.
