Job Description :

Report to President & Group Chief Executive Officer

Provide leadership and direction in the development and implementation of Group transformation, performance and partnership management across the Group and its companies for sustainability and growth.

Financial

Manage OPEX and CAPEX within the approved budget and optimise use of resources to effectively management and operation TPMS to meet its objectives as per Business Plans and budget.

Customer

Develop, implement and continuously improve transformational strategies and measures to drive organizational transformation and identify areas that require improvement and develop plans to address them.

Establish strategic network with key stakeholders to enhance their understanding and appreciation of the Group’s transformation and business performance for improvement in implementation and informed decision making so as to achieve the Group’s business objectives.

Provide advisory, expert and input, intervention and support to SBUs/SUBs on the delivery of key initiatives of transformation and strategic plans as well as major projects towards achieving the business goals.

Establish metrics to measure the success of transformational and strategic initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) so as to identify areas that require further attention and make necessary adjustments to the initiatives as needed.

Internal Business Processes

Lead the independent assessment of business performance and implementation of transformation and strategic initiatives for identification of areas of concern and provide appropriate intervention and recommendations to the Management Committee.

Establish performance management reporting system to measure progress and delivery of transformational and strategic initiatives to various key stakeholders.

Lead and oversee implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at transforming the Group’s operations, processes, culture and technology to improve efficiency and delivery and in attaining higher outcome which result in enhanced Group’s overall performance.

Develop and lead procedures and systems for strengthening of integrity and governance, quality, OSH , environmental and business performance and strengthen compliance and policies and SOP.

Drive, demonstrate and cultivate behaviours which reflects integrity and accountability in working environment for the success of the Group’s cultural beliefs amongst subordinates or team members to build sustainable high-performance team.
