Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trading and Operations Associate to join our overseas operations team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day trading and operational functions of our Trading and Operations Teams. Working closely with onshore counterparts, you'll help ensure seamless trade execution, accurate processing of client activity, and strong operational controls around critical trading workflows.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role ideal for someone with a strong understanding of brokerage operations and a commitment to delivering high-quality support across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing incoming corporate action and trading-related inquiries, diagnosing issues and providing timely, accurate resolutions.

Monitor and verify the accuracy of key operational processes including:

• Dividend payments

Trade clearance and settlement

Account reconciliations

Start-of-day (SOD) processing

Oversee order management systems (OMS) to ensure that trade routes and executions are flowing correctly.

Identify trade breaks, working across systems and teams to troubleshoot and clear discrepancies.

Escalate abnormalities and complex issues to senior trading and operations officers for further investigation.

Document resolutions and findings in accordance with audit trail and compliance requirements.
