1)Leadership and Strategy:

•Develop and implement an Operational Excellence strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

•Lead OE functions across various manufacturing plants to ensure consistency and standardization of best practices.

•Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

2) Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

•Identify opportunities for improvement across all manufacturing plants and lead Lean Six Sigma projects to streamline processes and eliminate waste.

•Implement and manage continuous improvement strategies and initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

•Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements initiatives and make necessary adjustments through a structured governance process such as a Transformation OE Council.

3) Process and Manpower Optimization:

•Analyze manufacturing processes across all sites to identify areas for improvement.

•Develop and implement process optimization plans to improve efficiency and enhance product quality.

•Ensure consistency in process optimization initiatives across all manufacturing plants.

•Create detailed plans listing prioritized utilization of resources and employee right sizing against capacity requirements.

4) Training and Development:

•Develop and deliver training programs on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools for employees at all manufacturing sites such as productivity index, capacity utilization, yield and overall equipment effectiveness status

•Mentor and coach employees to build OE capabilities and ensure they are equipped to support continuous improvement initiatives.

5) Performance Metrics and Reporting:

•Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of OE initiatives across all plants.

•Prepare and present reports on operational performance and improvement projects to senior management.

•Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for further improvement.

6) Collaboration and Communication:

•Work closely and promote open communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Production, Supply Chain, R&D and other relevant departments at all manufacturing sites.

•Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence projects and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

7) Regulatory Compliance:

•Ensure all process improvements comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards at all sites.

•Ensure that all changes are documented and approved according to company policies and procedures.
