To lead, develop and drive the overall retail business performance, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Lead multi-store retail operations (daily performance, service quality, SOP adherence)
• Drive revenue, profitability, and store KPIs across all outlets
• Lead, coach, and develop Retail Managers, Pharmacists, and Store Teams
• Improve customer experience, retail standards, and service excellence
• Execute promotions, merchandising plans, planograms, and category strategies
• Strengthen stock management, stock turns, expiry control, and replenishment discipline
• Ensure full compliance with MOH/pharmacy regulations, safety, and operational SOPs
• Work closely with Merchandising, SCM, Finance, and Marketing to achieve business targets
• Expand outlets, identify new retail opportunities, and execute store launch readiness
• Drive digital initiatives (loyalty, omnichannel, e-commerce support).

Other Responsibilities:

• To participate actively in any other new service that is introduced by the organization.
