To manage and respond to all sales enquiries received via website, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
To understand customer requirements clearly and accurately through effective communication and needs assessment.
To discuss customer enquiries and requirements with the Manager and coordinate the assignment of leads to the appropriate Sales personnel.
To support Sales personnel in following up on customer enquiries and quotations where required.
To coordinate and liaise with suppliers for packaging-related matters in support of Sales activities.
To assist Sales personnel in managing packaging specifications, samples, pricing, and timelines with suppliers.
To prepare, manage, and maintain sales-related documentation, excluding sales order processing, as required by the Sales team.
To ensure all customer information, enquiry records, and related documentation are properly updated and maintained.
To support internal coordination between Sales, Operations, suppliers, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth handover and execution.
To perform any other sales support or administrative duties as assigned by the Manager.
