We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and oversee the strategic and operational management of multiple healthcare facilities in the Northern Region. This pivotal role is responsible for driving the overall performance of the medical centres under your leadership, ensuring sustainable growth, high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with the group’s vision, mission, and overall objectives. Provide visionary leadership to ensure the continuous growth and competitiveness of the regional medical centres.

• Operational Management:

Oversee the daily operations of all medical centres in the region, ensuring effective utilization of resources, adherence to healthcare standards, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Financial Performance:

Drive financial sustainability through effective budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth initiatives. Ensure all centres meet or exceed financial targets and KPIs.

• Quality and Patient Safety:

Champion clinical excellence and patient-centric care. Uphold and enhance quality standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

• Talent Development and Team Leadership:

Lead, inspire, and develop senior leadership teams across the region. Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, healthcare partners, consultants, community leaders, and board members.

• Market Expansion & Innovation:

Identify and pursue new growth opportunities including service expansion, partnerships, and innovation in healthcare delivery models.
