Overall project administration includes conceptual design, development of design scope, tender process, project award, implementation, testing & commissioning, handover and defect liability period management.
Ensuring all facilities and equipment are properly maintained so as it meets the minimum operation requirement within approved budgets by establishing tracking mechanism and performance measures.
Reviewing service level agreements, negotiating with vendors and contractors to ensure they meet the hospital’s requirements within approved budget
Ensuring compliance with authorities and regulations; timely renewal of licenses; developing and maintaining close and cordial relationships with authorities (i.e. Police, Bomba, JBA, Tenaga, etc.).
Ensuring all relevant licenses are obtained and renewed on time in order for our client to be able to run its’ operations legally under valid period.
Ensuring our client comply with all relevant legislation and regulations that are pertaining to healthcare industry.
Ensuring systems, services and procedures of facilities and equipment in our client meets the standards required in hospital accreditation.
Ensuring processes and practices of facilities and equipment in our ciient meets hospital accreditation as well as our client's Group internal control policies and procedure.
Participate actively in safety committees and drills to ensure our client's building meets health and safety requirements required by authorities, regulations and hospital accreditation standards.
Analyzing customer feedbacks, trends and issues affecting customer satisfaction, in order to set operational policies and standards for improving customer satisfaction

Ensuring optimum use and operations of facilities, equipment and manpower resources in a cost effective manner; well managed of staff rostering to ensure adequate service coverage.
